Just checked out this site read a few posts. I'm 8 weeks smoke-free so far and have been taking Chantix. So far I have had no side affects and it seems to be working well. My boyfriend still smokes and I have no desire to be anywhere near him or around him when he is smoking. I wish everyone the best with their battle of conquering nicotine addiction! Also I want to thank the Maricopa County health department for the classes they provided. Denise in Mesa ROCKS and I will be ever grateful!!!

Thats great dolphinlvr, it looks like its almost 9 weeks! Congrats on keeping your body smoke free, pretty soon you can say "I've been smoke free for 2 years now" and it will be awesome.
I'd also like to say that we are here to help, even in Flagstaff. I'm working with the Coconino Health Department and we have cessation programs targeted at the kids and young adults (16-29). Thats about when people start smoking right? Well if you guys know anyone at all in Coconino that wants to quit, please do refer them to our sites:
