Any suggestions...
I haven't smoked for 3 months now. The urges/cravings are still strong, but I won't let them win. I'm determined to stay quit, but am having a very difficult time right now. Any suggestions will be helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

Angelquits,
Don't give up!! Always remember why you are quitting and the benefits that you're receiving. Perhaps it would be helpful to list your reasons and/or benefits and post them where you'll see them or carry them with you. You could also try some simple deep breathing exercises when you feel you are being tempted. It seems like such a simple thing, but can really help you get through those intense moments.
Best of luck to you; keep us posted on your progress!

Angelquits,
...and doesn't stop quitting. It's an every day process; everyday you wake without smoking a cigarette, everyday you go to bed without smoking a cigarette. Three months is 90 days, you're probably over a hundred by now, isn't that great? Be proud that stupid nasty cigarette is not part of your life anymore, and never again will be. You really want to do this all over again - no, I didn't think so. Keep on breathing clean, it's much, much better for you!
