Oh my smokeless. I so know where you are coming from; I recently hit the 6 month mark. My better half and I we totally understand being the meter man, you can do this! I did heck we did together and trust me it was not a pretty picture. But I am proud of our success and will never put myself in that situation again to the horrible addiction. Been there, done that and you need to keep posting because your posting just saved another person from picking up a cigarette. Be good and do your best to stay smoke-free. God bless you.

I have been quit for 1 Week, 2 Days, 1 hour, 18 minutes and 42 seconds (9 days). I have saved $83.17 by not smoking 316 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day, 2 hours and 20 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 7/16/2008 12:00 AM
Trudging along, keeping the meter running. The nicotine divorce is not easy. Another smokeless day!

Hey Joe, I am so proud of you. You've got the ATTITUDE! Stay determined. Remember, after you get thru this suffering, it does get better. The mental anguish finally diminishes and there is a life without cirgarettes!
