If I can do it, so can you...

Sharing my celebration with all you who are attempting to quit! Yesterday, August 11th, was my anniversary of being tobacco-free! TWO WHOLE YEARS of freedom from nicotine, after smoking for 50 years!

Now I want to cheer you on because...YOU CAN DO IT TOO. Thank you Maricopa County Tobacco Use Prevention Program and Chantix. Feel free to write me whenever you need encouragement. I believe in you!

Go for it!

Barbara
